Terms of ServiceReturn and Refund Policy:
CPAP machines: We offer a replacement to any malfunctioning equipment within 30 days of the date of purchase.
MASKS: We will accept a return and will issue a refund or will ship a replacement within 30 days if mask is returned unopened.
SHIPPING: We ship masks via USPS using First Class, Priority or Express mail service. We ship CPAP machines using either Priority or Express mail service.
Get In Shape online store is not affiliated with ResMed or Respironics manufacturers. Prescription is required for U.S. buyers to purchase CPAP machines and complete masks. Mask kits will be shipped to buyers who do not have a prescription.
