Terms of ServiceReturn and Refund Policy:
CPAP machines and CPAP masks are not returnable. We highly recommend renting a machine or a mask before purchasing from us. We offer a replacement for any malfunctioning equipment within 2 years from the date of purchase.
Please also note that we may ship CPAP machines with standard hoses (not slimline, not heated, not angled). CPAP machines that we sell DO NOT COME with external memory cards because machines have internal memory. However, if you want one, you MUST request it BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED. We will add this card free of charge. If you want an external memory card to be shipped to you AFTER your order is shipped, you would need to pay for the shipping.
IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee that the machine, its features, the mask or the therapy itself will work for you. We cannot be held liable for the manufacturer's advertisement claims. We highly encourage you to rent masks or equipment from vendors that offer medical equipment rental before you buy. Our return policy is not well-suited for buyers who want to try the machine or the mask. Our return policy is designed for the buyers who are buying our equipment with the intent to keep it. If someone wants to give a try CPAP machine or a mask, we highly recommend renting it from someone first.
Please note, that all CPAP masks leak air, more or less, more often or less often, but they all do. There are no masks with 100% seal, keep that in mind when ordering. Claims that the mask does not fit or leaks air is not a basis for return or exchange.
The power supply works with any voltage system in the world you just need to use the appropriate power cord. Unit is shipped with US power cord.
Our products are shipped from the USA. Buyers are responsible for any import or customs dues or fees. Seller does not know nor can predict what they will be. It is a buyer's responsibility to familiarize himself/herself with our return and shipping policies (they are publicly available) or to contact us before making the purchase.
SHIPPING: We ship masks via USPS using First Class, Priority or Express mail service. We ship CPAP machines by UPS Express Worldwide.
